Terms and Conditions

Consistency and commitment is the best way to learn. As a tutor I am committed to that particular slot and the same is expected from the pupils. Here are some of the terms and conditions that are expected to be followed

1. Class Rules
1.1 Students must arrive for class on time and without excuses
1.2 Due to unforeseeable circumstances, SIDVIN ART CLASS maintains the right to reschedule or cancel a class at any moment

2. Fees Payment
2.1. On-time cycle fee payment is essential to the efficient operation of our classes. It guarantees that our efforts are directed at instructing rather than at collecting payments
2.2. Fees for each cycle must be paid two (2) days in advance to assure the continuation of class; otherwise, it will be regarded as a voluntary withdrawal
2.3. Cycle fees must be paid on time
2.4. Four classes make up a cycle, and after those four classes are finished, the new cycle will begin
2.5. The cycle will be extended for lessons that fall on public holidays and the anticipated leave of the art instructor
2.6. Class spaces might be given to the following person on the waiting list if payment is not made by the deadline
2.7. All payments made are categorically neither refundable nor transferable
2.8. All charges are open to review and change

3. Make-Up Class
3.1. If a student misses a class, they will be provided a make-up lesson
3.2. The student may attend one (1) make-up class out of the four that are offered in a cycle to pick up any classes they have missed
3.3. No matter how many classes the student has missed, they are only permitted to take ONE make-up class in a cycle (out of the 4 classes in a cycle)
3.4. If the art instructor happens to cancel the session, the fee will be made up by scheduling a make-up class for that cycle, or if no slots are available, the class will be taken over to the following cycle.
3.5. If an absence is not reported at least ONE hour before the start of class, there won't be a make-up session. The scheduled make-up classes are likewise subject to this restriction
3.6 Make-up classes must be planned in advance and are only available during regularly scheduled class times
3.7. Make-up classes are contingent upon slot and class availability
3.8. Once a make-up class is scheduled, the time cannot be adjusted, and absences will count toward attendance
3.9 The make-up class may be carried over to the following cycle if it occurs during a term break
3.10 Make-up classes cannot be moved
3.11 Make-up lessons will be carried over to the following cycle if there are no slots available in the current cycle
3.12 If a student continuously skipping all classes then the slot will be allocated to another student
